I recently got equipment for my for hydro grow.
I was going yo use 5.5" net pots filled with hydroton.
But ive been reading that 6" square pots are a better option if you want to be able to move a plant.
The one thing im not understanding is how are the plants gonna going to absorb the water through the plastic pots. the table is about 5" deep, will the holes on the bottom of the pot be sufficient enough to wick up some water?

when you flood the table the water level in the pots will rise to the same level as it is in the tray

I found some great pots at greners = they are solid pots with net pots style bottoms

I got a bag of 60 for 40 bux - but Im not seeing that deal on the site now - if you call them they are awesome to deal with

good luck on the grow
