600w hps .VS.1 000w hps

ok so i am planing my next grow my floor space is 80cmx80cm i am planing on having four plants using autopots, my question is i am undecided on a 600W hps or a 1000W hps, will a 600W be enough?

That is just perfect for a 600w. But I happily pull upto 15 oz in the same size with a 400 w.

a 600 hundo would work perfect for that but if you could controll the heat i would use the 1000.imo

400w is great 600 is very hot 1000 would be an oven. Is this enclosed? If so I would go no higher than 400 in that small a space.

for that size, certainly you won't need more than 600w. Herbalizor is very informed about lighting and if he says you'd do well with only 400w, I'd take that opinion seriously.

The least light to effectively do the job should be the goal, not the most light you can possibly cram in there.
