Bedfordshire Police has seized £3m of cannabis - believed to be the force's biggest ever haul of the drug.
Bedfordshire's serious and organised crime unit, working with Essex Police, raided an industrial unit in Rayleigh, near Southend, Essex. (looks like it gonna be very dry in southend again )
The haul, weighing more than 850kg, included herbal and resin cannabis sealed in bags and packed into two large wooden crates.
Police arrested a man in London on suspicion to conspiracy to supply.
He was transported to Dunstable Police Station, where he is still being interviewed.
A Bedfordshire Police spokesman said: "More arrests are expected shortly."
Det Sgt Martin Abreu, of Bedfordshire Police, said: "This is by far the largest seizure of cannabis we have made and we hope it inspires even more confidence among the general public to contact us with any information, or suspicions."
