If diluted more can 99% iso be used in place of 91%? Searching for iso, almost out & 99% all I can find, I'll pay $50/gallon if I can safely use it

Just for cleaning, insecticide, not for extraction

You can definitely dilute and use in the same way, or use it straight up. It's crazy how different 99% feels, compared to more dilute solutions.

Damn, pricey. Usually you can get gallons of Alchemist 99% at hydro shops for $30-40

You can dilute it down to 70% and it will still work for sterilization. There is definitely price gouging with isopropanol and ethanol right now because so many people are making hand sanitizer. The company I work for has tried for over a month to find a supplier that can consistently handle our quantities and we've finally found one.
