If diluted more can 99% iso be used in place of 91%? Searching for iso, almost out & 99% all I can find, I'll pay $50/gallon if I can safely use it

Damn, pricey. Usually you can get gallons of Alchemist 99% at hydro shops for $30-40

You can dilute it down to 70% and it will still work for sterilization. There is definitely price gouging with isopropanol and ethanol right now because so many people are making hand sanitizer. The company I work for has tried for over a month to find a supplier that can consistently handle our quantities and we've finally found one.
