I didn't know this at first. It might be obvious, or just common knowledge to most people. But it wasn't to me.
When all your buds are dried you don't have to trim it all at once. You can store it in bins, on the stems. In fact I found it better to store them in a bin for a day. Sometimes after 12 hours in there I'll realize they still need to hang for another 12 hours. But I keep them in the bins and trim over a 2-3 day period.
My first harvest I stayed up until like 4am trying to get everything in jars because I didn't want it to dry out. But now I don't have to.
