Abnormal Twisted Reverted Growth. Help Please.

So my plant was doing fine until few days ago, it just got weird looking,even the buds died off a little. I tried looking for a solution, i just checked it for root rot and it seems fine. Can i fix it? And what is the actual damage?

the forums are filled with these post going back 15-20 years.

a single picture will not provide enough information. list every single detail regarding your environment and how your tent or room is set up ( lights, airflow, soil, temps, ). looks like a nutrient issue but it will turn out being your environment is not performing.

every problem has a solution.
