You can poke holes in the bottoms of solo cups and use bottom watering techniques to prevent overwatering when the plant is still very sensitive to water level changes!

To really kill fungus gnat larvae use spinosad.. organic and most importantly completely effective. Crazy no one even acknowledges this product. I have not yet come to test this, plants are in first phase (seedling stage). But the pro tip im going to test out for sure is Main-Lining. And that's where you are cutting the first top when the leaf has begun to grow. And strap them down so they grow out on the sides.
