No personal experience, but landrace genetics are something I am really interested in and I have heard nothing but good things about ACE, they seem to be the top seed source for that type of thing. Been a while, but I believe they have a vendor forum on that other growing enthusiast website and lots of folks were happy and growing great african strains.I need some feedback on the good bad n ugly about these cats. There catalog has me drooling and anyone that knows if these dudes are legit and if the genetics are stable would love to hear about it. Either PM me or post in the OP. I appreciate your input.

The zamaldica or however that crazy spelling goes is supposed to be amazing if you like the trippy sativas.Nice, I appreciate you takin the time. If there beans grow like I know those strains can, then have have some good gear. I love Sativa's
I can tell you that I ran the Malawi (13 weeks) and it was swag. Also a close buddy of mine ran 5 females which were all swag. The description was so ridiculous I STILL didn't believe it could suck so when I saw it at a dispensary I tried it again... Still sucked. I mean bad!! After Ace said it was probably the strongest sativa on the market.I need some feedback on the good bad n ugly about these cats. Did the zamal live up to the hype?I have grown nearly all of their strains and can answer any questions. I have grown Malawi, nepjam, zamadelica, panama,Caribe, mangobiche and the tropical mix pack.
I'm a tracer, colors type kind of guy....... Love visuals. Sounds like a nice strain. Might just give them a run. thank you @NaturalTherapy I appreciate you. When Ace and Cannabiogen were more closely related I copped Panama and Destroyer, both are phenomenal! Both very different in terms of expression, and both hit different notes of the sativa high.
Ace uses the same Meao Thai genetic stock that cannabiogen uses, so if you like way out there psychedelic sativas and don't mind waiting 14 weeks for them to develop, check out destroyer or other crosses with the Thai.
Cheers! I should have some Destroyer to sample if you find yourself in CO for the Denver cannabis cup this year.I'm a tracer, colors type kind of guy....... Love visuals. Sounds like a nice strain. Might just give them a run. thank you @NaturalTherapy I appreciate you.
I very well may take u up on that. :smoking:Cheers! I should have some Destroyer to sample if you find yourself in CO for the Denver cannabis cup this year.
Their catalog has me drooling to man. I follow them pretty closely but have never grown a variety from them. Was going to buy some seeds from them but decided I would wait until spring cause i don't want the seeds going through a bunch of freezing and thawing cycles if I buy them from ace right now. They advised me to wait until spring, but said that they have sent seeds recently to my area successfully. I like that you can buy direct.
From reading their reviews on that other forum it's easy to see their legit. I would think there would some more variation in most of their varieties as they use multiple males and females in the making of most everything they have in their specific attempt to prevent a lack of variety in the cannabis genome, part of their whole preservation technique. Their methods alone garner them a top notch company imo, different for sure, but they obviously understand cannabis on a level that most don't.
A lot of their stuff would probably be best for breeding purposes, to improve upon. They have preserved many genetics that they want people to use to breed with and improve. But they do have some refined stuff that people rave about like bangi haze(their most worked line, ibl), bodhi has used that in breeding he called it "amazing." Must be pretty good at the very least... Orient express is really well liked and is huge yielding and consistantly makes crosses that are huge too. However, I do read a lot that their maturation estimates for their stuff is a little off, many phenos take really long to mature no matter what variety you buy.
The colombian that gage green genetics are using is much, much better than what I have grown from cannabiogen or ace.
The colombian black bastards is the only thing I have run by gage green. It was so good I culled my mangobiche, nepjam, panama and malawi. Especially the malawi, which was supposed to be their most potent sativa, it was a good yielder but schwag quality. ACE inbreeds their strains and you lose vigor.
