Adding Additional Nutrients

I'm growing 1 plant in a 5 gal dwc. I change my reservoir 1 a week. Since I've started I've noticed that I've had nutrient deficiencies. Is it uncommon to add more nutrients in the middle of the week?

What week are you in? I'd double check my TDS, PH, and my water, before doing anything.
