Big Bud is the primary amino acid product for flowering so I don't know if this means it is being discontinued, too.
Here are the changes that I have figured out so far
Bud Candy = Sweet Leaf + Carboload + slight changes
Bud Ignitor = liquid replacement for Bud Blood
Rhino Skin = name change for Barricade
Bud Factor X = ???
The base nutrients (Sensi Bloom or the 3-part) are being upgraded to contain the following:
Amino acids
H2
F1
Wet Betty

Discontinued(?)
Emerald Shaman
SensiCal Grow
SensiCal Bloom
Sweet Leaf
Barricade
AN is about up there with Monsanto and Dupont in my personal favorite chemical companys, what a bunch of sluts
General Hydroponics all the way baby...been here since day 1...dont forget those microbes either :smiley_joint:
no i payed for big bud liquid version and when i opened it it smelled just like caramel in other words mollasses and as far as i could tell there was no actual difference in anyway.
wow, i wish i could tell what was in a bottle of big bud liquid by smelling it. note to self: if a bottle of nutes smell's like caramel it's shit and i shouldn't use it:mooning
I thought that molasses was used in place of sweet leaf or carbo load, not big bud. My big bud doesnt smell at all like caramel. If anything the bud candy reminds me of caramel (which is sweet leaf and carbo load plus some extras). Still works just fine. I'm sure that its a better formula than using just molasses. Otherwise they are wasting a lot of money on their r&d and I think that as money hungry as nute companies are they would stop pouring $ into an inferior product. Business wise it makes 0 sense to do that. Just my .02
As far as gh goes. I have used it and it works but you need to clean your system every rez change from all the salt buildup. Its ridiculous.
Big Bud is being replace by HammerHead PK 9/18, or something along those lines (AN told me either one or the other BUT never both BB & Hammer). They have a bunch of new product that is not even on the calculator yet
I have never relied on their "PH-PPM Perfect", I always test my solution...
It does..on the left side of page there is a "ADD WEEK" button.Great info from lots of peeps. The only thing that really bugs me (besides excess advertisements without experimental data - ARGHH!) is that the AN feeding schedules never extend into the 10 week flowering strains...
