Advice on Caregiver services

Can any body tell me what the waiting period is after the checks cashed by the State, for a caregiver change form. I flapping in the Wind over here!

I gather that change requests along with initial recommendations are in the 3-4 month wait from cashed check till hardcard.

21 days and have ah copy of the cashed check.

this is such a silly part of the system...so if i change my caregiver i have to wait to start my plants which he is not growing for that long? no way to just call an say hey i am canceling my caregiver?
