Good evening fellow growers. This is my first grow and Ive been a bit late at every step trying to blindly follow youtube growers, and trying to learn from my mistakes at the same time. Ive spent so much money on all equipment I need to grow some great batches proving how committed I am to learning and growing for many years to come. My girls are in week 7 and a bit smelly so far in my grow tent in my basement. Ive messed up to the point I had to flush a couple weeks ago and now I am at this stage. I know average autoflower is roughly 10 weeks life cycle, but since Im about to enter week 8 Im concerned. I keep RH at roughly 45-48 and temps for daytime: 74-76 Degrees Night: 64-68 Degrees. I have a little bit of trichomes it looks like, but nothing like ive seen here. Im giving them foxfarm trio in worm casting tea, being careful not to take my PPMs past 600-700 (trying not to force a flush til end again). I keep PH at 6.2 - 6.4 everytime. I plan on a straight watering with spring water next time with no nutes at all as sometimes I get antsy and want to forcefeed them. Can you guys give me some tips judging by the pics I post and info Ive given? Also, judging by the pics and the fact its at 7 weeks, how much more time do I have for these girls to fatten up their buds before harvesting? Thanks in advance guys and gals. Any and all advise welcomed.

Everything looks fine. Leaves are looking a little droopy. Normally caused from watering issue or they know its bedtime. How do you water? More important how often?

I would say 11 weeks is closer to advertised avg timeframe 75-80 days. Forget the timeframe. Youre probably 4 weeks maybe 3 before worrying about harvest. Lots of time for big buds. Sounds like youre doing things right so just keep doing it. Small change would be that the temp and rh could be higher if you have control. At that stage Im looking at 78f and 60-65 rh%. 1.1-1.2 vpd. I keep my day and night close until later in flower also.

I think these buds will fatten up quick. Some auto strains like to wait till the end to get really fat. As far as I can see it looks great but I only have like 7 grows under my belt. I've learned less is more. For instances I've ran 300 watt light at 80 percent and had poor results lowered light intensity and boom results flourished... I think Gasplease is right the only thing might be watering habits or the plants are just dropping because they are asleep. Either way thats easy fix. Keeps growing and keep going. Nice work

I cant disagree with something more than I do this way of growing. But I seem to be the odd one out.

Thanks for the advice. I only keep those temperatures low because I read that during flowering you might want to keep it lower, but if you’ve had better results and think that I should raise that temperature for a little while I’ll kick it up a few notches and then see how it reacts and then kick it up a little bit more. I appreciate the advice. I think I’ll start that now. Another thing I might want to add as I keep my light at 100%, but it’s up pretty high in the tent to where the PPFD is between 800 and 900 on average

Oh yeah, and one more thing the little darker lights I did snap a picture at night time, and I have noticed that they are a little droopy when the lights are out or just about to go out all of which I think was when I snapped these pictures during the day they look pretty perky, but if I noticed them drooping midday, I know something is off and I tweak it a little bit

lights 18/6? Watering? That temp and rh would be good in 2-3 weeks after you buds form. go ahead and raise for a couple weeks.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I’m trying to discipline myself not to make two drastic of changes all at once. I know these are some finicky bitches so I do just a little bit at a time and I appreciate any advice that you guys give me and I hope I can only get better with each grow with everyone’s support of course

Yes, I am doing 18/6 light intensity at 100% 200 W lamp, but I have my light all the way to the top of my tent keeping the PPFD at about 800–900 ish…. When I water, I usually give them about a gallon when I stick my finger in the soil and it feels dry and I lift the pots and they’re pretty light.. I remember when it was still a week or too old. I let it go until I saw clearly that it was extremely thirsty than I watered it and it perked right up. Maybe I should start watching for signs in the leaves that it needs water, but I have just been lifting the pots and sticking my finger in the soil. I always remember to pH the water between six and 6.5.

I should probably add also that I only water them just before the lights come on that was something that I read as well correct me if you have a better time for watering

Learn about dli if you dont know about it. Its the best measurement for setting your lights. Lower ppfd to 600ish. Watering seems good. You might try giving them just a little bit more of a dryback. Dont wait for the plant to tell you thats not great with autos

this doesnt seem like a big swing but it is. 1.2 now. 1.4-1.5 in a few weeks. If you dont have good control of it just do the best you can

You want them to have water for "day" so they can "work". Dont water 2-4 hours before lights out.

Definitely has helped my depression since being disabled at 32 has been challenging so anything to make life easier we should do in abundance the only reason I won't buy a 4x8 is because im scared it gonna become a job and I dont won't to get away from it. Infact I haven't smoked in 3 months because im going to pain managment doctor however its probably one of the most funnest things I do every single day. Thanks for posting today have enjoyed learning with you!

This is how it goes. We have weekly meetings if you need to talk. I started at the end of June and I already have 4 tents, growing multiple methods, pressing my own rosin, etc. Its a fun hobby and something I was already passionate about.
