Aerocloner start-up procedure...help please..

A friend of mine just gave me a 25 site Botanicare aerocloner (12" white square unit) without the instructions. I'm new to cloning (always bought them) and thought I would give it a try. This unit does not come with a dome lid.

Could someone talk me through the correct start-up procedure. Cuttings to the cloner.

I will be using it under a T-5 light fixture. R/O water.

I do have cloning gel and Olivias and several different brands of nutrients. Not sure what to use.

no dome needed! tap water with 5ml of hygrozyme per gal of water. week later roots!

just water to ph 6.0 no dome or gel, you can add something like clonex (liquid not gel) or hygrozyme.

My tap water is 240 ppm (very hard) well water. Should I use this or my R/O which comes out at about 6 ppm.

Also, what is preferred?? DM Zone, Down Under treatment or Hygrozyme? I have all three.
