Good Evening & Welcome to The Farm! 🍻

I think what you have may be ok for now. In the long run though it probably is not going to work.

I did not see a description of your setup. That will help folks respond with a well thought out and relevant response.

As a basic rule of thumb you should change out the air in your grow room/tent at least once a minute. So for a 2x4x8 tent that works out to 64 CFM. Add (1x) for each accessory (duct, light, elbow, add 1x each) that works out to (4x)64CF=256CFM is the minimum rating of a properly sized fan. If you want to make sure it does not have to run on HIGH all the time, give yourself some headroom on the CFM rating & make sure the CFM ratings on the fans match.

Oh sorry and 6 inch exhaust and 4 inch intake both with inline fans
Excellent idea! Are they linked/synced via the same controller?
Are they on opposite ends of the grow room/tent?
Is the Exhaust port high up (above the lights)?
Is the intake port low (close to the floor where the cool air is).

Thanks Again for joining us here at The Farm. If there are any questions you want to shoot my way or that you want my opinion on just add @AnselAdams anywhere in the conversation and i will be notified.

Happy Growing & Blissful Farming 🍻😎

Yes sir 6 inch exhaust out the top with carbon filter and exhaust fan in grow room fan pulling air through carbon filter.
4 inch cool air intake fan on outside of grow room (gr) both everything controlled from outside gr
2 clip fans
1 ground facing up oscillating fan
Fans always on
Humidifier with control
Dehumidifier on hand
Lanterns for power outages.
Oh and intake and exhaust set at different speeds to move more air out than in I dont know about cfls. I just find what gives more out that just the right amount then roll with it.
I think I covered everything
Wait everything in soil
G8450 with 90 watt bloom booster in that gr

IN THE VEG GR
Same in and out ventilation
Clip fan and tower oscillating
Humidifier
4 2 foot t5s
Controlled outside gr
And temp sensors in both gr

Then there's the box lol I'm just super high right now sorry if I'm babbling the cure box set up same in and out ventilation
Oscillating fan
Dark cool gr
Then I leave in there monitoring temp and humidity keeping around 55 not exceeding
60 for 14 days.

Jars
Then I fill Mason jars half full and close with temp sensor. I smoke sometimes at this point but I think I'm supposed to wait. So my question is do I wait?
Oh and when I smoked her northern lights thr taste was fantastic
My mom said best stuff she's had in years.
I know theres a question in there somewhere thanks for reading.
Oh yea and will that set up be suitable for more long term??
THANKS AGAIN
Love,grow, enjoy

Shit I'm back I forgot all gr's and cure rooms are exhausted with carbon filters ok that's it I think

Well shit batman, what do you need us for..... lol 😁 you got plenty to work with; your level of preparation is commendable. You have done well young skywalker....

Seriously; sounds like you have a good plan. A good plan is only good until the first shot, then you have to be ready to adapt and do so quickly. You have the tools so I am going to pull up a chair and see where this goes. 🍻👍🥂

I definitely know how to adapt I love gardening. Jump into this beautiful plant a few months ago. I spent some time in the service and it is my therapy and passion.
Just here to share, learn and grow brother

With such good air exchange and the plants cleaned up nice like that I would say you can stop the 2 clip fans. Or atleast 1 and put the other at or below canopy height.

Looks like it might be just a little to much for a constant. It's ok if they wiggle but imo not constantly

I do have another question I seem to be having trouble incorporating t5s I never used them before do I keep them as close as posfrom the seedling until the other grow room?

Don't use em but they can be pretty strong compared to t8-t12 will depend on wattage. The heat is not really an issue but t5s now can put out a fair bit of light.

Prob should refrain from a guess and wait for others with experience

Thank you

I used to use T-5's through my last grow. For this current grow i needed 4 new t-5's. After doing the math on the power usage, cost, etc. I decided to buy a dedicated 4 ft Kind Grow light bar. I have been most impressed by the change.

Back to your original question.. I had a small 2x2 and 2x4 cabinet/tent so i just put one in each corner an kept my sprouts and buds between them as much as possible. I did have the factory glue pad come lose and the lamp fell. It landed about four inches from a sprout while i was at work. By the time i got home it was toast. So there is such a thing as too close. I just don't think i have ever seen a number published, a distance of one foot should provide plenty of slack..

I am sure someone will come along with a more detailed & fact based explanation than my ramblings.

p.s. keep an eye on the sprout lean. if it leans towards a specific light, move that light or turn the plant 180 degrees so that it will bend back the other way and correct that curve.

Another question both of these in flower look healthy but I think they might be out of room in there pots they are in 3 gallon pots it says a little bigger than a gallon of milk?
Can they be reported in flower???
They are feminized amnesia haze photos
