Hello everyone,

I have a question about the air travel in and out of my growroom. The room size is about 10' by 8' with a 7' ceeling. I just bought a 8" can fan, 25' of ducting, and a can 66 carbon activated air filter(31lbs of carbon). I want clean (no bugs/airbourne viruses and what-not) air coming into my room from the outside, and I also want clean (no nug smell) air blowing out. So how should I set it up? Should I have 2 fans and filters?

Any advice or suggestions is appreciated

Thanks,

J

Have the can fan hooked up to the filter pulling air out of the room. So the room is under negative pressure. All air leaving is getting filtered is going through carbon filter first. If you want to put a smaller fan pulling air into the room for more air flow. Just make sure the bigger fan is the one pulling the air through the filter. For above stated reason.
