Air temp question

During lights off (which is during the day) room temp is mid to hi 70's when the lights come on the temp actually drops to mid to low 70's and as low as 68 right before they turn off. So should I adjust my thermostat to keep the temp constant around the clock or keep it this way??

Good question! I would like to know the answer myself,

If the temp rises when the lights are off do you think it affects the plant in anyway. Usually when the lights are off or outdoors when its night time the temp drops. Any Info?

plant comfort zones aren't that different to ours, 5 degrees difference over 12hrs isn't going to bother them at all mate.
