I would say you have 2 setbacks to a good yield.

First, light. What you have there will BARELY keep your plant alive, let alone grow anything substantial. I suggest much more light.

Second, a good nutrient schedual can make or break your yield. I suggest you research a bit, nutrients can be tricky and are used different for each medium.

For reference here is my current grow when it was in week 4 of flower.

I started with a tek 2 T-5ho, 110 watts, I have used LED, and now I use HPS . That lamp would be great to keep some mother plants, if you want a bigger grow(2 or 3 ounces), you may have to get a better light, something in the 150 to 200 watt range. I'm not going to suggest lights, find what you're comfortable with both in price and function.

Well, first let's figure out what you expect from your plant. Another one of those lights is better than nothing. But honestly would still be very under powered.

If you want a half decent yield, you will want at least 300w of equivalent light.

Or more if you want more. It doesn't have to cost you an arm and a leg. From $50 to $100, you can get an led that will give you lots of yield. The led I use is $120 Canadian. But many burple lights can be had around the $50 range that will be well worth buying.

So let's try this.
How much do you want to spend?
How much do you want to grow?

Here are a few options for you. Any of these will do.

LED Grow Light for Indoor Plants - 300W Full Spectrum with UV IR Adjustable Hanger Rope for hydroponic Veg Flower

Waterproof New COB LED Grow Light Full Spectrum, New Technology Cob Led Grow Light, Natural Heat Dissipation Without Noise, Suitable for Plants All Growing Stage Indoor Or Outdoor

1000W LED Grow Light, Full Spectrum Indoor Plants Growing Lights with UV IR for Plant Growth Seedlings Bloom Veg Flower in Tent Greenhouse Hydroponic(Eye Protection Glasses Include)

Any of these would do nicely. Obviously the more powerful ones will yield more flowers. But check around Amazon, anything around 200w - 300w equivalent should do nicely.

Not sure about that. My father has the same light and has bag seed plants under it. They all are doing just as good.

I have topped the plant and cut more than half the leaves off it more than once.

This is the first grow on this light. But I've been growing for years. Even if the light fades after time, $120 for a new one. And I dont see why it would degrade faster than anything else.

For just under 200$ you can grab a 4 pack of quantum 132 boards and 4 small meanwell lrs 75-36 drivers, that’s 300w from the wall of excellent led grow lights. The best bang for your buck. Here’s a super cheap example where I modified an old piece of shelving to mount 3 boards (2 132 and 120 quantum boards). I have a number of fixtures with a range of different boards, easily swapped. This is for a 2x4 tent

Uh OP only wants a few ounces and wants to spend as little as possible to do it. One would think he wants to keep it small and cheap....

This is about as far away from what he requested as you can get. I'm sure he doesn't want an electronics project.

A plant under the right light can more than double its size in a week.

Honestly, I've had clones rootbound in solo cups that look better.

I'm just trying to help, I understand its frustrating. But the reality is, if you want anything more than a few fluffy popcorn flowers that you wouldn't even smoke, you'll need more light.

It was an option, nothing more, I see LED, I present a different option other than LED. I'm just keeping it real and cheap.
