first of all boxmuch when they classify grows in the millions the only reason they do that is to get the bigger guys involved. they almost always put the estimates on each plant to be at 5 thousand weather its a clone or a flowering plant and thats just to make the charges more severe so idk if siding with the dea is good in any way specially if your a grower.
