Howdy everyone! I myself have a diagnosis of depression, generalized anxiety, and PTSD. I find that for my depression sativa dominant strains help a bunch. Strains like Chocolope, Blue Dream, and Jack Herer are go to. My anxiety and PTSD benefit from indica dominant strains. M.O.B (Maine Blueberry cross), Girl Scout, Cherry Pie, and LA Confidential are favs.

LA Confidential definitely is a nice strain. Very relaxing for the anxiety and PTSD. Another one I found to help with that is MK Ultra. Blue Dream isn't a favorite of mine, too racy for me personally. I think if left to go a couple more weeks it would have more benefits for head issues but locally everything gets pulled too soon.

Looking good lyfepop, right on track. Tobh funny that you bring up MK Ultra, I see that TH Seeds is dropping a limited edition MK Ultra package. It includes the MK Ultra, MK Ultra Auto, and a MK cross. Thinking about copping it to run in my indoor run coming up. Any other suggestions on good strains for depression, anxiety, etc?

Definitely has been pulled too soon if it's racy for you. Too bad, she's really stellar when she's been grown out and cured properly.

So lets see here...........I dont wanna go into a diatribe about similarities or oh i can relate but i wnat you all to be aware of something taking place that ive been paying attention to where i just moved. I live in burlington vermont, moved from canada(nova scotia) and i gotta vent my concerns here hoping that someone will read this and give me there insight, i wanna make sure im seeing/reading things correctly,(at times stress has me see things askew) my cousin is SEVERELY mentally ill(bi-polar,ptsd and schizophrenia) he has to go to a place named the howard center....http://howardcenter.org/home recently T has been having issues with housing, staying on medications. However beyond this has been a huge red flag ive noticed that im hoping to get some advice on. most recently they have develpoed a heroin clinic on the opposite side of the mental health clinic, not only has my cousin lost two doctors and 3 casemanagers in the last 6-12 months but i am seeing a strong energy/monies being drawn to the heroin clinic while they turn a blind eye to there mentally ill patients. I could give several examples of this but wont unless asked to. It's a regualr thing now to see once stable mental patients wandering the streets here homeless, unmedicated, wandering aimlessly, with nothing, noone to help them. Every year here we have folks die outside because our winters are so harsh. What can i do to help this situation? I have tried several times to get someone at the mental health clinic to help/respond, NOTHING. not even a phone call back! It disturbs me to see so many folks in need just left to wander or worse hurt themselves. Why i wonder do they turn a blind eye to mental health patients but cater like crazy to opiate addicts>/?? I mean they give medicaid cab rides in this state to these folks so they can "get there doses"! this made me vomit. So you can be a menatlly ill patient and you need to help yourself, but become a heroin addict and we got help/housing/life skills training etc for you! Talk about sending a mixed message huh?>

I see it this way. You have a pie. There is only so much pie. The pie is cut into many pieces. For a while, this many pieces were going to MH patients, but now there's a problem with heroin addiction and addicts (it's affecting my own life quite directly, and the person in question also has mental health problems). So in response to the huge uptick in addiction rates, and because there's only so much pie, someone's piece has to be cut smaller. And so the MH patients' piece has been cut smaller.

Because there's only so much pie.

Hear you there . ... Then they got there hit squad in blue black. Was jailed for havin a seizure and beat with a chair . Ive attempted suicide many times but I'm here for a reason . Released from prison only if I'd agree to take methadone. . Created by nazis in the war . But it seems like drug pushing is the way they make TRILLIONS. PHARMA companies have off that shit . In ontario they made it so that u need to go thru their producers. Kingpins ☺ lol . But in all reality it's scary. I was shoved into the system at like 6 reported my abuse.. ignored. Dropped off at the same place. Then a couple low class kids who cares? I do . They are our future our government officials and doctors sugeons . Should they not be taught all the options available to save human life? I tell everyone of the truth. ☺ . I've been brought back from the dead not just once .... Here for a reason . It's only just recently started to think about it. And just wanna help people avoid hurt .sadness .death . .. We all need hope... Keep it green and positive ☺☺ PpP peace and good vibes
Ps thanks for the kind words and wish only the best . ✌

Only so much pie for the political pigs. Drug addiction is a true story, and a sad one. Think maybe they still use the mental illness stigmata. With meth or suboxon they know where every addict is at one time and it's in a sense proverbial handcuffs. . And they make huge money 5$ make em hollar. .

i see EXACTLY what you mean. I have also noticed talking to folks who frequent the area where i volunteer(foodshelf) that a good many get into these treatment programs only to fail within a year because alot of folks sell there suboxone "strips" or whatever it may be and they slowly make it harder and harder for them to sel/abuse until there going in everyday instead of getting take home medications. I smh at the folks who have to deal with the few that choose to continue usint while in these programs too, such a waste of good people imho. I just dont agree with the current mindset that the addiction piece of the pie was more important than any other piece. I dont know who controls the finances that dictate who gets whats but here where i am seamaiden it would be nice to see a stronger effort made to help the m/h patients alil more. Cross addictions with mental illness cost my mother her life so i too can relate to that scenario.

most recently a place got shut down for its patients starting a suboxone strip selling gang ....so blatant were these guys/gals they'd have there customers waiting(some even driving them too the appointment for dose) in the parking lot to sell the dose they need so bad to recover from there addictions. It's a shame that they finally draw enough light to the addiction problem only to have it taken FULL advantage of within a year of implementation. In the last 10 years ive not noticed a huge upswell in addicts, what i have noticed however is a huge upswell of programs, clinic's,and doctors that i think are making a profit off the addictions. dealers sold them dope that would eventually kill them. these doctors give them "meds" that are suppossed to help......if your honest anyway.

It's extremely difficult to admit this, but it must be done. I probably would have beaten the living shit out of my kids had I not been able to smoke a bowl and chill the fuck out. As it was, I was too physical with them for a while anyway, so I took parenting classes. The kind that most people are court-ordered to attend, but I couldn't let it get that far so I asked their pediatrician for help. When I bruised my son's butt, I realized I had a really BAD problem and had to get a handle on it before it happened again.

Ok, I'm ready for what may come. I know it was wrong, that's why I did everything I could to control it.

I don't think I've ever made the full admission publicly.
