Have not seen such a out of control plant like this for many many years. I don't have a clue what you should do at this point, i can say it's a lesson on support and cage next year. Good luck

Personally I would stake the heavy branches upright make a cheap bamboo support and start tying stuff up the buds are going to get really heavy can’t have to much support
Doesn’t have to be pretty just has to hold example

Next time be proactive instead of reacting
