Ambient Vs Leaf Temp

When you talk about temps for the plants are you talking about the air temp or the temp of the leaf surface closest to the light? There's a 5 to 10 degree difference in my room. Air too hot but leaf temp is great.

Leaf temp is much more accurate. It really does not matter the ambient temps as these do not factor in UV or radiant heat and evaporation. If your leaf temps are good that's the most important. Without Co2 I think its about 75F recommended and shown in studies.
