Amending Organic Soil Before Planting

Organic soil 0.3-0.1-0.1. Lots of Organic stuff in it. I've been adjusting my starting soil with individual amounts of NPK, calmag and Big Bloom (mostly guano). All are water soluble. It's more of a guesstimate than exact. I am looking at Dr Earth 4-4-4 now. I would prefer water soluble to dry. Picture is existing soil ingredients. Looking for recommendations?
