So I just purchased some Impello Bio Lumina - an amino acid product. I then found a research article that claimed adding amino acids significantly reduced THC - that's the biggest question for me here. The article is linked below.
Just wondering if anyone here has any experience or knowledge of this. I'm thinking about returning or not using the Lumina now. I also have used Mr Fulvic in the past, and I believe Bill Farthing mentioned at one point that too much Mr Fulvic, or use late in flower could reduce THC. Mr Fulvic has some amino acids in it so now I'm wondering if that's why.
Secondary note - the article also mentions the amino acids reduced calcium and iron, and increased nitrogen and sulpher. I'm doing DTW using Jacks 0-12-26 and PureCal (cal nit), and calcium being a big talking point these days, a reduction in calcium (and increase in nitrogen) wouldn't be ideal.
Anyone have any thoughts?
