What about good ol unsulphured blackstrap molasses? $15/gallon at most nurseries. Earth Juice Hi Brix Molasses is good stuff too. Also about $15/gallon.hey dank worth love this thread . do u have an idea for a replacement for big bud and overdrive
Ive toyed with this for well over a year and a half now. Right now i use 1/3 teaspoon of MOAB per gallon and then add to my sprayer and add 1 ml per liter of silica blast or whatever silica you like. No ph adjust. You can spray anytime of day. It has two purposes one youll see your plants boost and kick into flower almost instant if you do it around day 7ish or so of flip. Second silica is one of the best preventative foliars out there helps with bugs mold etc. But it also seems to help the plant keep sturdier stalks during the stretch caused by the MOAB foliar. Keeps things STIFF! lol. Try it on one plant once and youll see.

Respectfully, I disagree. I think Big Bud is unnecessary and usually produces a lower quality product. Synthetic high Phosphorous bloom boosters commonly lead to salt build up/nutrient lockout and also adversely affect beneficials.im an avid molasses user i dont think is enough to replace bigbud and overdrive. i use it in conjunction with other ingredients
Bud Blood is nasty chem pgrs.So if someone wanted to do a DIY Bud Blood, what would go into that? I'd been trying to search around but couldn't really come up with what it might be.

I actually foliar almost everyday with it. But you can do it once a week if you like or everyday, just depends on your situation. But if my plants are flying along full tilt boogie I might hit em twice some days sometimes. If they start to look stressed i back off. Im diggin it though cause i run the same nutes from clone to flower and use foliars to add anything else to my regime. In veg i use kelp silica and sweet no ph ppms around 900 and i spray anytime i look at them. When its time for boosters i just pick up the other bottle and spray the MOAB mix. And I use it right on through till the last 2 weeks when i hit it hard with the MOAB only through the soil and flush till its ready. Im actually just now starting to use HPK with the MOAB and I gotta agree with true grit it really seems to be a sweet mix, with organic smells but a more chemmy blown out bud structure.
Whats HPK?
You are foliar feeding at 7/8 weeks flower?
Fuck I don't want to put on a cape and reverse engineer anything right now.Roots has a product called HPK.

Nah, just need a nap, a meal, a workout, some coffee, some vitamins, a bowl, and some Adderall and I can get back to work copying successful people's formulas and talking shit.;)Then you might just have to fly to the secret cave and eat the magic crystal so you are not a nutrient super hero anymore. With great power comes great responsibility.
