Another beginner question on nutrients

FFOF has enough nutrients for roughly 4 weeks so I read. When that’s depleted what week do you start feeding them according to the recommended feeding chart? Week 1 or 5?

Depends how long you plan on vegging before flip. You have heard correct. FFOF will literally take you deep into week 3-4. I typically start additional N feeds around week 4. But I veg for 8 weeks sometimes longer before flip.
