Its all bullshit hype. They weigh the full plant wet in pots and then they figure what the cost would be per gram and multiply it by that #. Its so blown up its ridiculous

I was told they have a set figure for what a plant will produce and set figure what the price is per gram. They are all trained to say the same value so defense attnys cant tear them up on the stand and call the value speculation and shoot for reduced charges. IE: each plant is 1.5 lbs, at 5k x lb = value of grow, regardless of plants genetics, care level or stage of life.

Otherwise there would have to be expert testimony in each case to set value and expected quantities for when a plant is pulled before the harvest date.

Just what I been told, dunno about truth.
