The attorney General or someone high up in the DEA has a hard on for keeping these raids going.
The dynamics on this whole marijuana thing is amazing, the DEA is still trying to fight marijuana like it was the Nixon days, and yet as that is happening more states are leagalizing it, and 2 states ( WA , CO) actually will vote for recreational legalization in November. Obama wont touvh this issue right now because of the election, and who knows nwhat will happen after that. how will the Feds react if it passes in WA or CO.
