Inspired by @ShroomKing

Will be going on a roadtrip this late sept/early oct and thought I'd gather all the info I can.

My girlfriend and I have two proposed routes, starting in New England:

1: South with the main destination of New Orleans
2: West with the destination of Colorado

Cities of interest/passing through: Buffalo NY, Ohio, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Northern Colorado, maybe yellowstone, tennesee, arkansas, Louisiana!

"Maybe we are coming to your area?
Know any great parks?
Best roadside BBQ?
Dog friendly places?
Or that must see attraction?
Or maybe you just want to sesh?
If I'm coming trough your area what is there to see?"

So we are definitely heading to Colorado

Gonna be passing through niagra, cleveland, columbus, st louis, kansas, colorado!

So bump if there is a must see stop, great place to eat (we love food), etc. etc.

Thanks boston, if we end up on 80 I'll be sure to keep it in mind!

The Grand mesa of Colorado is epic area to visit.
Google Alexander Lake Lodge and reserve a cabin on the lake. You will be very happy you did. Even the drive from Denver to the lodge is incredible.
I just spent 3 nights there.
When in Coloumbus, the Columbus Zoo is a bad ass zoo or try the Center for Science and Industry (COSI) and when in Columbus find the nearest Massey's Pizza.

Have fun!
Peace

Ohh bbq. The best we had on the road was Serious Texas BBQ in Durango CO.
Their brisket is to die for. It's $16 a pound and comes with 4 slices of bread. Omg

Check out the fat. The yellowish color is from being fed a rich diet of high mountain varying types of grass, rotation to different types of grass in diriment fields.
A master farmer, the most wonderful down to earth hard working loving farmer ever.
He also is a Master, Swiss Baker, like a PHD in Baking.
Has a extremely successful business in one of the richest areas works his tail off, never complains,, always happy.
amazing tenderness and flavor. Can taste the earth and grass. It takes so much longer to grow on grass but a slow grow allows the cow to fully develop.
Cows are fed grass then nothing but corn, the fattening happens to quick no real development.
Grass fed the fat is developed slowly and over times bonds better with the meat.
Cows wee never meant to be fed corn, not digested well at all...
The farm life sure is sweet....

I had horrible luck with the recreational weed in Colorado. It was fucking garbage. Looks and smell were topshelf, but it was not flushed and would not burn properly , did not turn to ash, just charcoal. I wish you the best though...
