Seattle based, they run Tilray in Canada, which produces cannabis for global markets(Germany, South America, Australia, New Zealand) Tilray isn't publicly traded but used as an market success example (carrot dangle) for investors in other projects. Check Tilray.com to see what else they're up to. As a patient, their herb was pretty dreadful, every scrap top to bottom sold as premium on a blind purchase system with no returns. Worked good for them
