Ph is fine imho. And your heat is high but not too bad. Purpling stems and petioles, if not from genetics is usually from potassium deficiency, either from underfeeding or too much calcium that could be binding with it and becoming unavailable to the plant. Droopiness is a sign of overwatering. I'm not familiar with your soil or ferts so I cant say for sure.

Doesnt look like root aphid damage to me. That usually looks like nitrogen and/or magnesium deficiency.
