Any Idea What Pest This Is?

Found these outside the vent hole of my tent.

Can you get a magnified photo up? They're probably harmless if not in your pots or on your plant.

There are some of the inside stickys as well but no signs yet on plants. Im only on day 14

Do they have wings? I think you are ok...but really really look hard on every plant especially the undersides of leaves! In the soil...sit there for 15 minutes on each pot and plant....look really good...i doubt this is a serious pest...ive not seen it before...bugguide.net or .org will hekp identify it for you...entomologist in your state might help. If you're from a legal state you'd get help faster no doubt

The black one on the right looks like root aphid...does it have 2 short spikes coming out of its backend

Yeah i have some in the room, and now that I look they are sparingly on those. They do look like springtails but also thrips imo

I dont think those are thrips...im sure of it. Their bodoes look similar...
