I’ve noticed white tips and slight yellowing/pale spots on the outer edges of lower leaves. Could this be cause by salt buildup in the soil as I have been feeding with a salt based fertilizer and can’t remember the last time I flushed it out tbh? Any info helps

Salt buildup isn't going to show on your lowers, thats more like a hot feed with the burnt tips, and since edges are burning too I'd suspect a little excess potassium. If you're just moving into flower like it looks, it wasn't a bad move, in fact if you back off, only back off a little because your demand should be going up right now. Maybe back it down for now with a plan to taper it back up over the coming weeks, then start bringing it down to meet a diminishing demand as the plant winds down and finishes. Looking great to me! If you're feeding hot, careful not to be too aggressive with your drybacks because it can take the nutes to redline level, and make sure when you water that you're using an adequate volume to move the nutrients out that the plant doesn't eat. And always pour slow so the water plays pachenko through the dirt instead of taking the express elevator to the bottom.
You could always give the roots a rest and just water and at the same time you can do a foliar feed , to keep the plant going. foliar feed is taken into the plant straight away

Advantages of Foliar Feeding
Fast nutrient uptake: Plants respond almost immediately to foliar feeding. Nutrient uptake is considered to be nearly 10 folds higher when it’s applied to the leaves compared to soil. As such, foliar feeding is a clever way to quickly treat deficiency symptoms.
Customized feeding: Since plants require varying amounts of nutrients as they mature, foliar applications during key growth stages can improve your crop’s yield and quality.
Drought resistant: Foliar spray can be applied when the topsoil doesn’t have enough moisture to properly absorb nutrients.
does anyone do foliar feeding as a norm? ive just been reading about it and it seems alternating between a water feeding and a foliar feed would be benificial for the roots and soil and prevent build ups. ? obviously you dont want to do it in late bud .
