Any idea what this deficiency is?

2 weeks old and the top leaves have started to change colour a it. Is it nitrogen? Haven't started any nutes yet. Any recommendations?

Your going to need food and constant CalMag IF your in coco. Looks like coco or peat from the pics

There is no color change. New growth is always lighter.

It's in soil but the leaves don't look very healthy. That picture isn't that clear
