Any idea what this is??

Been in veg for about 8 weeks, recently transplanted from 5 gallon pot to 18 gallon tote organic living soil. Veg room is 76 degrees 60 RH.

The yellowing/browning is what im concerned about I should have been more clear. The white PM looking spots are from a recent foliar spray of botanigard 22WP not PM.

yes same soil but was a new batch i had mixed a few days earlier (soil was hot when transplanted)
