Any idea what this is ?

First time using hp pro mix. Added worm castings and Gaia green mix. Saw these little guys today. Any idea? Are they bad good? It’s possible I had some type of seed land on my leg when I was outside and maybe it fell in that pot when I checked the plants cause so far this is the only pot with them. Sorry for the music I’d listen to the vid on silent lol.

I wouldn't worry even a little bit.. If you are concerned pinch them and toss them. They probably have zero effect on your plants
