I found it on two of the lower fan leaves of one plant

I agree on physical damage. I’ve had some snails munching on my plant & that looks kinda similar to leaves of mine that they didn’t much holes all the way through.

I agree physical damage. Bugs or fan damage. Is there a fan blowing near those leaves?

Update: just seen these as well, I have had a look around and think it is Thrips, what do you all think? The marks have a silvery appearance which is what is making me think this. Any advice?
