That is a sign of a lack of trace minerals, my plant sense says iron.

yeah same here wots ur dosage an wot nutes etc i had the same kinda thing happen to me but i put it down to nitrogen just chill with te nutes id say til they recover

If it's iron, it would be an excess of iron not a lack of.

"Note that when adding iron to the solution, it is often necessary to not use fertilizer for that watering.

Iron has a tendency of reacting with many of the components of fertilizer solutions, and will cause nutrient lockup to occur. Read the labels of both the iron supplement and the fertilizer you are using before you attempt to combine the two.

- Iron Toxicity

Excess accumulation is rare but could cause bronzing or tiny brown
spots on leaf surface.

Everyone is going to have a different hunch...the spotting and tip browning are a calcium deficiency IMO. So you might have multiple stuff going on. Your soil pH would have to be pretty acidic in order to have an Iron def...I'm talking <3.5 whereas calcium could have difficult uptake at levels less than 6.5 in soil. I think you would have more complete yellowing with an iron def. Let us know your pH and what you are growing in bro.
