26th day of flower. White Widow under 250 watt of CFL. I had a 1000 watt HPS but temps would get like at 99°. So less light but Im not battling heat issues. Is that light enough for my one pkant or should I have kept the 1000 watter in there but with no control over heat.It is air-cooled but it still gets really hot in there.

For the time being maybe you can freeze two milk jugs of water and alternate puting one in a five gallon bucket to get the heat down.
Research COBs and growmaus5 in particular. Chilled lights, greengenes on youtube@REALSTYLES and @sixstring maybe can steer you in the right direction.
Your plants also could use a checkup I think.....I say that because of the yellow leaves but could be the lighting. A little early to be that color if I am not mistaken but the buds look good.

How much space you working with? I'd recommend a 600w hps in a sealed hood. W= yield. 250 is gunna give you a couple oz maybe

I would add a lil more light if possible I know u said you were having issues with heat by adding the other light but with the one u have its doable but not optimum I would for one plant. Maybe switch to a different light as your secondary? Maybe a panel LED that won't raise your temperature up hardly at all and u can get one cheap off( aliexpress) less then 100 u don't need a big one since it will just b a secondary a lil more icing on the cake :) also looks like your plant is a lil pale nitrogen difficient maybe some cal mag is needed but buds do look good hope this was of some help

Add a t8 or a t5 if you can. More light, less heat. Crank up your intake and exhaust fans for more air movement.

How big is that tent? Because I can help you make your own light. It's which chip you want and if on a budget Vero or Citizen will be your best choice. As for the best efficiency Cree but you'll pay more for the chips. Oh yeah raise the light it's too close maybe 6" higher.

based on 1 of those pics it looks like a 3' x 2.5' tent so def way too small for a 1000w light of any type. 2 of those big cfl would be perfect for that plant and realz is right,raise the light a hair.300w of cobs or 400hps would do nicely in that tent.gl
