want to give it a try , never super cropped , but they say you get enormous buds/yield ..
What has work for you ? and any before and after pics ?
thanks for sharing !

I do it often but i have low ceilings and grow big bent and sometimes mangled into a bush and held together with stakes and soft tie wire.

And if i had space i would not likely pinch and bend branches. But when a plant stretches like crazy like some of the thai/diesel hybrids I have been growing bending tall branches sideways does result in more or bigger top buds along the branch.

There's many different forms of super cropping. The best thing you can do for your plant it's not throw it into shock which can easily be done super cropping.
The best thing I have found it's just get a piece of field fencing put it around your plant and as the branches extend put them through the fence, promoting that Center light. This will give you a nice big bush rather than a tall lanky tree. ( if you're growing outside unobstructed it comes in really handy when it's windy because bushes don't want to break like trees do)
Good luck

growing indoors , 4 x 4 , I watched a video where a guy cloned a 3 week budding plant from the top , and he called it super cropping ,
but was really interesting ,

Super Cropping is a stupid name for simply pinching the branch and bending it over.

What he did was just topping.

And just an FYI monster cropping is when you reveg a harvested plant by leaving the lower branches and going back to 18 hours or more light. They branch out like a “monster”.

No bending, twisting no forcing no pinching just letting it grow naturally only thing I'm doing is when the branch gets long enough put it through a bigger piece of fencing. It works great for support for those heavy buds and also works great to promote Center light.
Zoom in on it you'll see I'm using hog fence.
