Any Tips For Indoor Growing?

Hey guys,
I have 2 HPS setups, one is 600w and the other 250w.

1) Any Tips On Growing?
2) How many grams per plant do you think I'll be able to harvest
3) Should i use both of the lights, and if yes how?

If you have any tips I'll be very grateful.

Whats your space? how many plants? wattage is generally i think its 30w-40w/sq ft or something like that. So thats what would determine if you have enough wattage.

The farm is full of tips. You can look up any grow style most likely and find a wealth of shared information that will be as deep as you're willing to venture. My biggest tip i give is have confidence. double check what you are doing to ensure its the right step and go with it.

Grams per plant will be dictated by a lot of factors. Honestly seems like you have alot of deciding on how you want to grow and go from there. What you find you are comfortable doing with what you have will be a better path to start. But its really as simple as some pots of soil, those lights hung up and some plants to feed and water at the end of the day.
