well gentleman as the title suggests i am wondering about these power sun digital ballasts... the price seems pretty great compared to solistek. anyone run these or heard anything about them ? heres a link ..theyre about 70 bucks cheaper than the quantum ballasts.
do you think it will be fine or should i splurge the extra 70-100ish for a more expensive one
