Download a lux meter to your phone and see what the reading is at the top of the canopy and tell me what it is.I bet them lights shit the bed and are not gicing you what u use to have.if your lux is less than 12,000 there's your problem

14,000 if I point it towards the light 90,000

What is it at where your plants are sitting.mine always do best at over 30,000 and at 12,000 they grow lanky and look like ass.10 inches below 1000w hps I hit 92,000
