Anyone Know What This Stuff Is On My Leaf?

Was just out examining my plants. (Outdoor grow) and came across this one leave covered in whatever this is. Any info would be appreciated

Those appear to be eggs from some bug.. You also definitely have spider mites. Check the undersides of that leaf and look closely! Spider mite are responsible for the other "dots on the surface of the leaf.

Im not 100 but they kinda look like moth eggs no bueno either way

Spary the plant with Azamax at 2 oz per gallon follow up 3 days later

Grab some safer soap, and wipeout, and Spinosad. Foliar spray each item 3 days apart for 3 to 4 cycles. Must get every inch (top and underneath all leaves) when spraying.

I've been using the safer soap all throughout my grow and it hasn't worked on them. Gonna grab some stuff at the supply after work today

Have to keep on a schedule. 1 or 2x won't cut it. Weekly sprays are needed for OD grows, imo.
