Not sure about the rest of the water report but that’s absolutely acceptable levels for those specific compounds

527 ppm 7.8 ph out of the tap. That was all that was provided. No lead, arsenic, manganese and fecal chloroform.

But shit tons of calcium carbonate and i dont need a full report to see that. I suggest using RO water or at minimum 50/50 mix and more like 75 RO 25 tap

That’s some rich water. It may work ok but it might be tough to diagnose issues when your starting point is so high. You water any plants with this? How are they?

I’m with H2Ohmbre on this one, you are a perfect candidate for RO. You might use it in your kitchen too.

I got the same issue where I'm at. Tap water is 400+ PPM.

I got an RO system and have been using that for a while. I read a lot on here about PH and how Calcium Carbonate can really help control the PH swings on it. My RO water usually comes out at 7PPM and I try to add tap water till it hits 100PPM. Anything beyond that and it takes a lot to adjust the PH. I've been doing this for the last few weeks and I like that process a lot more. PH is way more stable.

I have not used it for plants but it would be easier. I have an RO system.

I searched for water info and found a few things but none that really showed a breakdown of concerns or benefits. Search functions can be frustrating. lol

To much chloride, the chloride will displace the N in the solution mean it will be up taken first most likely cause an N deficiency once that happens you'll have P problems

I'd also bet with that high of PPM you have a good amount of sodium, Sodium replaces potassium or displaces it which ever way you want to look at it.

personally I wouldn't even mix it at all.

Hey brother, just curious on the chloride levels. I aleays thought under say 150ppm was no issue. But i could be wrong

I dont think sodium though its well water. By the sulfur content i think it’s a safe bet its limestone Ca carbonate and Mg Sulfate and if a softener was on the system that wouldnt be there afaik. Thats why i presented the option.
