New grower here. Planted this one mid-December and experienced some stretching early on. I then bought new LED lights and in the last week transferred from the seedling cup to the grow pot. I noticed yellowing leaves on the bottom and some white hairs coming at the top in the last few days.

Wondering if I've messed up something cause I would think the white hairs come later. The plant also seems to be growing slowly so curious what that is about. My apt is 68-74 all the time, I have the lights on them for 18hrs+ per day.

Did this start flowering sitting in a window sill? The January light schedule will make them flower if it's not an auto. if it's been under a light then it's probably an auto. 30 days to show is about right for an auto and like dreamfox says, will be smaller.

@GNick55 can you share a link to the seed types you're talking about? Want to avoid a bad provider if possible.

How would I start my grow here? I would love mentors lol

In the start a thread, there is a grow diary heading. My last 2 are at the bottom of my signature, if you want to check them out

ok well there’s a gazillion seed banks..
what country you living in?
when it’s time to start the new seeds, just come to your thread here and we’ll help you get started, depending on your medium, lights, etc you’ll get advice accordingly..
mind you there’s different methods for things, all of which works, you’ll just have to choose what you feel comfortable with..
once you get through a couple grows, you’ll understand a lot more and may want to change things..

Sometimes my autos show preflowers like that right away but they keep going, my purple punch and Durban did the same but then they keep going and shooting new branches with preflowers also , here they are just let it roll and throw a few more in the dirt for safety ✌️Autos have a mind of there own 🤣

autos are finicky growers, high CBD levels, low THC, low potency, generally smaller yields..
i would not recommend a new grower to even bother with growing autos.. just junk really..
but i guess you wouldn’t know if you don’t have much growing experience..

auto’s are basically crap..
start some more..
get photo period feminized seeds..
start your grow here on the farm so we can guide you to success!!
I can’t hate on autos I had a bunch of great ones that gave me a quick decent sized harvest but I’m glad I switched to photos, I’ll still put autos outside though I want my outdoors to fjj in bush early and give me a number crop to my indoor lol

i’m really just saying a new grower should grow photo period plants.. than if they want to grow autos after getting the hang of it than by all means..
i just don’t like them, nothing really good about them to me..
just another invention that needs to go away and be forgotten about, hahaha..

True I did start with autos (currently) I’ve grown back 15 years ago but not great and outdoors but I read up alot. But yes photos are much more forgiving you have no time to correct anything with autos they are full throttle 100% from germination

I’ve also enjoyed growing photos much more than autos especially indoors nice to decide when plants are big enough or your choice of training is adequate etc
