applecider vinager

i read on another post that you can use applecider vinager to lower PH. i need to drop mine about .3 Has anyone tride this would love to hear how it worked for you and did you put your nutriants on top of the vinager.
would love to save a trip to the grow store if this works.

Citric acid can be used as well. The problem with these alternative ways is simply consistency.
