Aptus Fasilitor Oozed Up, No Longer Liquid?

So my free tester bottle of fasilitor I was planning on running this next cycle kinda is like ooze, and not a liquid any longer. I'm stumped. I store all my nutes in a 75*, 60%rh dark room. Is this bottle worthless, or is there a trick to it? Like putting it in a warm water bath like I do with my coconut oil?
