Can't compare apples and oranges imo growing has evolved a lot so what was produced then maybe was not to the potential we could now with the same strain?

funny thing is i remember quite well a 3 or 4 hour buzz from that ugly weed ,were all the pretty frosted flake shit of todays 30 min high,dont know guess it was time lapse,id trade all my shit for the old stuff again ,i will say that.

Yeah I also thought about this, theres defenitly some truth to that. But I wouldnt waste my time making these 3% thc strains reaching they full potential of 6% thc. But would still also like trying some of these strains, bet they are great if you active, these new 30% strains are overkill, like being addicted to opiods or something and the high makes your IQ drop to room tempreture levels

im a weird bastard i guess ,i dont like getting shit faced i do like mellow great tasting smooth weed that last a good long time,but in complete control of all my actions,taste flavor and buzz means more to me than escaping the world,hell i do some blotter for that and easier and cheaper to make lmao.

Right tool for the job. That's the beauty of diversity. I think most would agree it's nice to have a variety. What I find lacking is the access to the oldschool (see what I did there) strains. Be nice to mix it up once in a while. Depends on the mood I'm in. Sometimes in fact most times I don't wanna be blasted but others it's like let her rip. I think it's important to retain the old genetics to keep that diversity.

True I agree with that, I dont like how Greenhouse seeds strain hunters were giving farmers seeds that will mix and destroy these oldschool strains. They should be preserved, bet we going to regret that in the future when even the wild landrace strains got lemon haze and og kush mixed into them. I been a stoner all my life but I cant stand most stoners, they are often too high too form a normal sentence and too sensetive because of all the high thc in their system. Thers needs to be a balance, bet these strains are better for active and specialy creativity.

days gone brother,really not much variety i dont think,like i said choking,hahahah maybe i just have smoked my limit over the years,but the stuff has me baby hitting the stuff to be able to smoke it anymore,i dont even include indica in my game,cant stand being locked down to a chair,my body dont work that way,but from looking at these plants i got going ,look to be leaning towards that way hahahah,so i will have plenty of sleeping medicne hahah
sativa is just for me ,i can do my thang and know were and when im there ,i like that hahahh

peg it on the head bro,im just ordinary and want my little cap to get me threw the day,one thing for sure,cant really be a landrace unless you work one strain for about 20yrs and no one these days is willing to do that,i dont know though with most states legalizing maybe more old heads will come out the wood work and start back working great lines,again old school or land race from your era and your generations,mine generations are long gone,boy i get worked up hearing about the columbine,panama,jamacan ,the gold and such ,just a dream though,hahahah one damn strain you will never get me to grow for sure is that damn skunk,hell to the fucking no,keep it put it under lock and key just do something with it hahahaahhahh

My white widow was very indica like structure but the high I really like. Not a couch lock and just relaxed and happy. Really nice and balanced I found.

I know it's not a new or old strain but it's one I like

i grew it one time,cant remember were i got it from ,good smoke,stunk big time growing it,easy to grow to,had it and roy walker,jedi going in same closet,i sure miss that old closet setup,i had,i always had the flowers going in there hahahah,right in the middle of the city hahah

I'm relatively new to smoking in the scheme of things. When I was a kid most of the stuff I smoke was hash started at 12 and stopped in my teens. Came back to it for medical reasons. I'm a lightweight smoker. So I never had the pleasure to smoke the old strains atleast I didn't even know wtf it was when I did.... I was a kid it was weed. The hash I could name a few but not the weed

hahahah right,and think there gonna stop vaping hahah right,i never got ahold of much hash,when i did it was a work buddy that usally had it,to pricey for a feller living in his car ahahah most hash came around during winter months when we werent working ,hard times in winter working in constrution,i do remember the blonde though,smooth tasting stuff,i bought some them bags and made myself some,shit on that to much damn work for such little return,was good though,wound up using them bags to make teas from,if i bought them again it would be th 5 gal bags,them little 1 gal bags wore me out hahahah
