Honest mistake that most everyone has made in some form or fashion. Simple inexperience. At least you learned from it. I'll be honest with you, I would highly recommend one of the spyder farmer qb style lights. Already built for you, cheap in the world of lights, and pound for pound will kill any blurple from Amazon at the same or more price. Look em up and save up. Best move you can make. Unless you're a diy guy, then by all means build you a quantum board setup. That and some reflective material and you're on your way. Good luck to you, hit me up if you ever have any questions or need some help. I love talking this stuff.i know my light is a problem. and it sucks cause i didnt know crap about lights lol. all i saw was oh cool 300w led light but really nope. only 100w and at the moment i cant do anything. but for the rest of my cycle im just gonna use plain ph water. and bud candy? besides 7+8 just water. and see what i get. this is my first plant.i appreciate all your guys help. and recommendation on led lights when buuing. amazon links would help
i does that light have a veg and bloom light switchKeep that light for the mother. It would be perfect for it.
As for recommendations I like the hlg quantum boards but if you asking about Amazon. This light would kill a 2x2

Let me see if we can get @Buzzer777 or @Mr.jiujitsu in here these guys can help ya with too notch budget versions of quantum boards. Also kingbright is another I have heard good things about.
No no... You don't need and tbh if a light has a veg and bloom switch that's the first indication you don't want it.i does that light have a veg and bloom light switch
Correct, you don't need that feature, is worthless. Just a gimmick. Think about the power you are running now, use those buttons and you cut that little wattage in half.No no... You don't need and tbh if a light has a veg and bloom switch that's the first indication you don't want it.
This is the light I use.

Take a look around at quantum Board grows. They are one of the best lighting options on the market today. Also seen several people using the kingbright quantum boards in the Alibaba link. Samsung 301 diodes and meanwell hlg drivers.
Not much more to add @Aqua Man ..the one in your link is perfect, unless the buyer wants Cree 660 nm diodes, instead of Epistars, then it can reach $184usd (my choice)Very similar light and has dimmer. https://m.alibaba.com/product/62142...6.wap_new_search.1998817009.27.158d284fyaHijs
In all honesty, I also began LED's with Meizhi Burples. They grew good weed, but the white light grow way better weed; so I sold my Meizhi(s) off on Ebay while the getting was good. My 1st "white" light was a Nextlight Mini that cost a boatload, and was the model that HLG used to knock off..the rest is history. Not much more to add @Aqua Man ..the one in your link is perfect, unless the buyer wants Cree 660 nm diodes, instead of Epistars, then it can reach $184usd (my choice)
(don't forget to add the fgt..about $45 usd..I paid no additional duty and got mine in a week (Nevada USA))

I still have a high end burple in the center of 2x Kingbrites (Unitfarm UFO80 with Cree chips). It was a free light for testing and it does seem to add something to the grow. It only draws 175 watts and Unitfarm does not overstate the power either. (I check everything with a kill-o-watt meter ($21usd) you can see the burple tones in this shot)

There are lots of threads here about white lights..Everything from HLG to Kingbrite from Alibaba. I run them both + others.I got lucky and for whatever reason I went the COB route. You can dive.down the rabbit hole on Amazon looking at lights. Also on Alibaba, they have QB's and COB lights at good prices. They can be hard to deal with at times. Their QB are much cheaper than HLG for basicly the same thing.
There are many threads on the farm discussing light in great detail! All I can say for sure is at some level there is a light for every condition. I have 3 grows under my belt and am ready for a better light for sure! ( I use 2 recordence lights at about 500 true watts ) sorry side tracked,Yeah dude it's a light I've been growing for 35 years and I get the LED thing but dude nothing beat 600 w of high pressure sodium or metal haloid this is one of my ladies 5 and 1/2 weeks in the flower it's all about the light I'm not bragging but really it is LED is just not made for growing monster buds happy growning man but I will always put my faith in 600-watt thousand watt metal alloyed or high pressure sodium been doing it since I can remember again Godspeed happy growingView attachment 905058View attachment 905058
